At Uber, we work with airports throughout Australia and New Zealand to improve the ground transport experience of customers. This usually involves changes to airport infrastructure on the ground and customers' digital experience using the Uber app. ARC Consult supported QAL with project managing changes to the Uber pickup experience at Gold Coast Airport in February 2024. The project was complex, with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and approval processes.
The ARC team (led by Adrian and Nathan) were excellent at navigating through this complexity, keeping the project progressing and ultimately delivering a successful launch outcome for the Airport, Uber and our respective customers.
