Replacement of 35,000m2 of asphalt surface and pavement reconstruction, completed over 9 intensive weeks. Tight programming controls and redundancy planning were required to endure this project's success.

Refresh of several tenancies within the main international and domestic terminals. Works included coordination of base build upgrades and tenancy project management to deliver outcomes consistent with the Gold Coast Airport Master Plan and the Gold Coast Airport Retails design standards.

Relocation of Taxi and Uber pickup areas to meet capacity and consumer demand. This included installing new accessible drop-off and pick-up bays, creating an Uber passenger lounge for waiting/staging, modifying concrete medians, and updating traffic signage along Terminal Drive. Additionally, internal and external terminal wayfinding signage was upgraded.

The Inland Rail project is a significant infrastructure development in Australia, creating a fast freight route from Melbourne to Brisbane. The Narrabri to North Star (N2NS) Phase 1 Project, part of the Inland Rail, recently completed construction, upgrading 171km of existing rail corridor. ARC Consult provided a secondment resource to the Project Team to assist with the delivery and closure of the project.

Combining both security and hydrological improvements into one package, ARC Consult is managing the performance of the Northern Culvert upgrade package at the Gold Coast Airport. The package involves a detailed options analysis into possible solutions, procurement/management of the design and procurement/management of the Principal Contractor.

The replacement of a lenght of asbestos water main feeding Gold Coast Airport. The project required significant stakeholder engagement and staging as the pipe is located in the street which acts as the main entrances for a number of commercial properties.

Supplementary project management support, which extended into a direct secondment. ARC acted as a trusted advisor, fulfilling roles such as principal's representative, project manager, and superintendent. Design management, stakeholder engagement, and assistance with project communications were provided. ARC also prepared feasibility studies, assisted with master planning, and provided development management services. They identified project methodologies and delivered approaches, working on various projects; playgrounds, learning areas, out-of-school care and sports facilities, and a new technology building.

The refurbishment and upgrade of buildings and civil aspects of Airport Central in Billinga. The works involved the upgrade of hydraulic systems, building facades, commercial fit-outs, asphalt repaid works, traffic safety improvements, and signage.

The Brickworks Shopping Centre place Improvements project involved upgrading internal lighting, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, refurbishing amenities and dining seating, and enhancing internal and external landscaping. The project aimed to create a distinguished new look and feel for the shopping centre, delivering significant value withing budget and to the satisfaction of the client.

The performance of a feasibility study into the rehabiliation and strengthening of the RPT Apron Bay 1 - 7 at Gold Coast Airport. The project is considering the whole of life cycle costs for various pavement solutions in search of the solution that will offer the greatest value for money. The works will involver modification of lighting towers, JUHI emergency fuel stops, a major services corridor and requires communication and coordination with several operational and authority stakeholders.

Provide asset maintenance report for the facility. Development of building works management process and systems to provide governance over major maintenance and capital works to the facility.
