A natural leader, Speky can't help but to help. With a strong background in civil engineering, he prides himself on being able to find the right answer with an acute attention to detail. His journey has seen him leading complex projects in operationally challenging environments all while building strong and lasting relationships.
In his downtime, Speky fancies himself a bit of a handyman. Be it restoring furniture, pouring concrete slabs, or building fences, he is not one to shy away from home improvement.

With a wide degree of experience gained over a decade in the industry, Ray has managed projects of all shapes and sizes. Having delivered multiple projects across a full lifecycle, he takes keen interest in the strategic delivery of complex projects in live or brownfield environments.
When the collared shirt comes off, Ray is an enthusiastic but entirely amateur trail runner who loves getting out and exploring forests and National Parks across South East Queensland. Always looking for the next challenge, Ray enjoys pushing himself to see what he can achieve and is constantly on the lookout for his next ultramarathon.

Adrian is a motivated and talented project manager. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His project management skills are derived from Principal and Contractor roles and inform his whole of project lifecycle approaches.
He is driven to provide project success though engaging with the client to understand their needs.
While Adrian enjoys the Gold Coast sun, he has spent a portion of his life in cooler climates. Notwithstanding the hours he has racked up on the Double Black Diamond trails, Adrian spent the majority of his time teaching others how to shred.

Away from the work scene, Richard enjoys getting out in the fresh air either on foot or by bicycle. An avid cyclist, Rich enjoys nothing better than jumping on a bicycle for an adventure in the hinterland, whether it be road or trail.
