Overview

Recognising a need for supplementary project management support for the delivery of a program of works, Coomera Anglican College engaged ARC for typical client-side project management services. Seeing the passion, commitment, and value that ARC was providing, this initial engagement was extended into a direct secondment.

Through this process, ARC has been able to understand the key drivers of projects, understand the challenges faced by the leadership team, teachers, and broader community, and truly act as a trusted advisor. ARC has fulfilled roles as the principal’s representative, project manager, and superintendent while also providing design management, stakeholder engagement and assisting with both internal and external project communications.

ARC has prepared feasibility studies, assisted with master planning activities and the provision of development management and authority approvals in addition to assisting with external grant applications and BGA submissions. Identifying project methodology strategies and delivery approaches, ARC has worked with the principal design consultant in a traditional delivery, through design and construct, early contractor involvement, and other specialist engagement approaches to deliver a playground, multiple general learning areas, out of school hours care, hardcourts, and a new multi-story technology building and sporting fields in addition to general support for a number of minor works projects across the campus.

This engagement has embodied ARC Consult’s ethos of aligning ourselves with like-minded people to take ownership and pride in the projects we deliver, working collaboratively with the entire Coomera Anglican College team to ensure that the best possible organisational outcome is realised.
